Athens Chick-fil-A is excited to announce that we will be taking ownership of the Tate Center Chick-fil-A on the University of Georgias campus sometime between July and August of 2025!

We are actively seeking dedicated and hardworking applicants to join our Back of House team at this new location. • Full-time and Part-time positions available

Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Prepare cook assemble and present food safely quickly and efficiently to meet Chick-fil-A standards
• Be knowledgeable of all kitchen stations including frying breading assembling grilling prep and plating
• Follow proper food safety procedures ensuring all meals are fresh and high-quality
• Maintain a clean organized and well-stocked kitchen throughout shifts
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
• Follow recipes and food preparation guidelines to ensure consistency and excellence
• Complete all opening and closing tasks as assigned
• Adhere to Chick-fil-As dress code policies and values at all times
• Be a team player supporting fellow BOH and Front of House team members
• Other duties as assigned
