Assistant Facility Manager JLL

What this job involves:

Assist the Account Director in the delivery of services to operate and maintain the property including customer/client services financial management facility maintenance procurement and supplier management. Develop client relationships with key representatives in supporting clients operation and maintenance objectives.

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Maintain client satisfaction with delivery of Facility Management services and support programs to increase customer satisfaction.
  • Be the primary communication hub for the department internally to the building
  • Oversee CMMS system to meet internal and client objectives. Manage work order process systems and associated data continuity.
  • Manage Purchase orders throughout life cycle including invoice management
  • Meet or exceed site Key Performance Indicators (KPIs); monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) monthly to identify potential challenges and plan corrective actions accordingly.
  • Support compliance with JLL minimum audit and compliance standards in facility management financial management and operational policies and procedures
  • Any and all other duties and tasks assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of industry experience required either in the corporate environment third party service provider or as a consultant.
  • Excellent customer computer managerial verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and effectively organize responsibilities in a fast pace environment to achieve JLL and client objectives.
  • Proficient level of computer skills including MS Word PowerPoint Excel and Outlook. Excellent analytical interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical issues in an easy-to-understand manner.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Basic knowledge of building systems(HVAC plumbing electrical carpentry).
