Location: Saint Louis Missouri (On-site Must work from the office)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday
Salary Range: $41200 - $44780 per year
Work Type: In-person (strictly on-site)
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Communications Associate to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about crafting compelling narratives and engaging with audiences through various channels. As a key member of our communications team you will help develop and implement communication strategies that elevate our brand and enhance our visibility in the market.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of comprehensive communication plans.
- Write edit and distribute press releases newsletters and promotional materials.
- Manage social media accounts creating engaging content and monitoring interactions.
- Support internal communications initiatives to enhance employee engagement.
- Conduct research to inform communication strategies and messaging.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure messaging alignment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Communications Marketing Public Relations or a related field.
- Proven experience in a communications or marketing role preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
