Job Summary
-Prepare journal entries account reconciliations and accruals for month-end and quarter-end close.
-Assist in generating financial reports for senior leadership highlighting performance trends and variances.
-Maintain accounting policies and procedures under the guidance of the Controller.
-Own designated balance sheet accounts and ensure accurate ERP system entries.
-Support external audits with documentation and analysis.
-Assist with recording and reconciling accounting entries from a sister company ensuring accuracy and consistency across entities.
-Collaborate with business partners to provide financial insights and reporting.
-Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field or equivalent experience.
-2-5 years of accounting experience preferably in manufacturing.
-Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g. Ross Sage X3) and Microsoft Excel.
-Experience with cost accounting and inventory management is highly preferred
Pay Range: $28-$30/hr
