Job Summary
Functions Coordinator
- Premium private school located in the Spring Hill area
- Predominantly Monday to Friday
- Close to public transport

THE POSITION
- Plan supervise and monitor functions and events
- Maintain effective customer and client relationships
- Mentor and support your team and provide training for new staff as required
- Maintain focus on Food and People safety
- Flexibility to work early mornings evenings weekends as required by event schedules
- Hands on position with a focus on function coordination
THE PERSON
- A minimum of 1 years experience in function coordination or a similar role
- Current Blue Card or ability to obtain
- Experience leading and directing a team to present high quality food and beverages
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills& proficient computer and administrative skills
- Must have RSA RMLV is an advantage
- Strong understanding of allergen management and food safety
