Job Summary

Celero Commerce is looking for two Business Development Representatives (BDR) to join our inside sales team in Brentwood Tennessee! The BDRs of Celero Commerce plays an important role in the B2B sales of Celeros portfolio of merchant services. The BDR is responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities in the payments industry. This role involves researching potential clients initiating contact and building relationships to drive sales and revenue growth. The BDR will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for lead generation and client acquisition. Our ideal candidate has a tenacious drive to win and exceed goals. Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients through various channels primarily through cold calling and including networking and online research
  • Client Outreach: Initiate contact with prospective clients via phone email and social media to present the companys payment solutions
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to understand their needs and position the companys offerings effectively
  • Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for closing deals and achieving sales targets
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the companys payment products and services including their features benefits and competitive advantages
  • CRM Management: Utilize CRM tools to manage and track leads opportunities and client interactions


Experience & Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in business development sales or a related role preferably in the payments or financial services industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Results-driven with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment

Employment type: Non-Exempt

Compensation: $45000 base salary weekly bonuses

Location: Rosemont IL

Hours: Onsite M-F 8am-5pm
