The Prime Air Marketing team is seeking a Marketing Program Manager to own initiatives that drive brand awareness program adoption and new business growth. This role is a strategic partner within the organization contributing to business goals and driving the team to deliver with operational excellence. The ideal candidate is a strategic data-driven problem solver with exceptional communication skills strong organizational capabilities and a passion for leading customer-centric projects.
Key job responsibilities - Partner with cross-functional teams to execute projects from initiation to completion ensuring alignment with strategic goals
- Drive the adoption of best practices sharing insights and mechanisms to improve processes and results
- Manage weekly monthly quarterly marketing business reviews
- Analyze evaluate and overcome project risks and produce reports for leadership
- Identify opportunities to optimize workflows reduce manual effort and enhance scalability for global campaigns
- Support the build and maintenance of standards and systems for knowledge management (e.g. SOPs best practices processes)

- 5 years of program or project management experience - Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements - Experience owning program strategy end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership - Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g. pivot tables & charts multiple criteria lookups nested logical/IF formulas data cleansing array formulas etc.) - Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization - Experience with project management software (e.g. Jira Smartsheet Asana)
- Experience using customer research hard data and metrics to back up assumptions generate forecasts and assess the efficacy of marketing programs - Experience working for Amazon or any Amazon subsidiary or affiliate
