Position Overview:
We’re looking for an Entry Level Marketing Assistant to support our marketing and client engagement initiatives. This role focuses on coordination organization and hands-on support across projects and events.
This position is fully on-site applicants must live in or near Charlotte NC.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with planning and coordinating marketing activities and promotional initiatives.
Support the preparation of marketing materials presentations and client-facing documents.
Conduct basic research to support strategy development and market insights.
Maintain organized records of marketing activities schedules and project updates.
Communicate with internal teams to ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
Provide general administrative and coordination support to the marketing department.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Communications Business or related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
Professional demeanor and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-solving mindset and proactive attitude.
Must reside locally and be available to work on-site in Charlotte NC.
