OPEN POSITION:
Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Vascular & Pain Medicine
SCHEDULE:
- Full-Time
- 4 or 5 Days per Week
- 8-Hour or 10-Hour Shifts
- No Nights
- No Weekends
- No Holidays
- No On-Call
COMPENSATION:
- $145000 to $170000 Starting Salary depending on experience
- Productivity Bonuses

- 1 site per day

COMPANY PROFILE:
This private practice opened in 2015 and offers a full scope of vein disease and pain management services in a comfortable boutique setting focused on excellent patient experiences. Being physician-owned-and-led their offices offer providers the day-to-day autonomy of working in a private practice setting while receiving the support of a larger regional organization. They currently operate more than 40 offices in 6 states and are hiring due to growth.
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The new nurse practitioner or physician assistant will work with a dedicated team in a multi-disciplinary vein and pain management practice seeing an average of 18 to 24 patients per day with the support of clinical assistants and sonographers.
Among other duties the role will include:
- consultations for patients with musculoskeletal conditions
- consultations for patients with venous disease
- consultations for patients with pain
- follow-up visits with established patients
- trigger point injections
- joint injections
- outpatient vein treatments and procedures
- collaborate with physicians sonographers and other team members
- identify patients for advanced vein ablations
- identify patients for spinal injections
- identify patients for other interventional procedures
Overall the new provider will focus on comprehensive patient evaluations evidence-based care and optimizing patient outcomes.
The practice uses the NextTech EHR.
REQUIREMENTS:
- active New York NP or PA license
- prescriptive authority
- 1 year advanced practice experience preferred
- new graduates considered on an individual basis
- excellent bedside manner
