Ahti Interiors is a design-led sanitary ware brand supplying premium bathroom products across Bali and Indonesia. We collaborate with leading architects developers and interior designers to provide high-quality sustainable bathroom solutions that blend aesthetics and function.
Tasks
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Plumber / Installation Support Technician to join our team in Bali. This role is essential in supporting our customers after purchase by ensuring smooth delivery and professional installation of Ahti sanitary ware products. The technician will travel to various customer sites across Bali providing hands-on installation support troubleshooting and excellent after-sales service.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend customer sites after each new delivery to support installation.
- Provide technical expertise in fitting and installing sanitary ware products.
- Coordinate with the delivery team to schedule timely site visits.
- Guide contractors developers and homeowners on best practices for installation.
- Troubleshoot on-site issues making minor adjustments or repairs as needed.
- Act as the on-site representative of Ahti maintaining professional standards and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of visits installations and feedback.
Requirements
Requirements
- Proven plumbing or technical installation experience ideally in bathrooms/sanitary ware.
- Strong practical skills with tools fittings and safety standards.
- Customer-focused with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability and willingness to travel across Bali regularly.
- Reliable punctual and professional attitude.
- Bonus: Previous experience with international brands hospitality or property developments in Bali.
