Hello!
We are looking for a Facilities manager to help to manage our spaces located in 22@:
About us
Itnig is a coworking space with a coffee shops and restaurant located in Barcelona and focused on startups! We are located in 22@ Barcelona.
What will I be doing
- To help administrate all the maintenance cleaning operations and facilities of our different offices.
- Deal and negotiate with all the contractors.
- Supervise all the safety procedures of the offices.
- Solving all the problems that happen in the day-to-day
- Being in charge of the good image of the space.
- Be in charge of new openings.
Requirements
- English & Spanish
- Negotiation skills and business vision
- Technical knowledge about all the facilities. A technical background is required: architect construction engineer...
- Super active. You will be moving between the different spaces.
- Great multitasker and know how to prioritize.
- Problem-solving oriented.
- Love to come to the office every day. (This can not be remote work)
- Availability to work evenings and weekends if there is any emergency.
