Location: Berlin Germany
Tasks
You will work directly with our Head of Venture Development and our founder on further scaling Gauder and enabling levers for future growth.
- Analyse portfolio performance across various countries and sales channels suggesting actions to increase revenue.
- Assist in expanding our portfolio to other sales channels and ensure data integrity across multiple points of sale.
- Take ownership of growth projects and coordinate actions with teams like supply chain marketing or product development.
- Gather research uncover insights and create reports for management as basis for further decision making.
- Support strategic decisions by analysing sales performance forecasting trends and contributing to process improvements and automation.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree (or higher) in business economics or a related field
- Relevant experience from internships in consulting finance startups e-commerce or other business related fields.
- Fluent in German (C2) and English (C1) both written and spoken
- Excellent analytical skills confident working with spreadsheets and drawing conclusions from data
- Hands-on proactive and curious you dont wait to be told what to do and think one step ahead
- Structured approach to problem-solving and strong communication skills
