About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with extensive experience in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales developing business strategies managing high-value client relationships and leading a sales team to achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets in residential/commercial real estate projects.

  • Manage and mentor a team of sales executives to maximize productivity and performance.

  • Generate new business opportunities through client networking channel partners brokers and corporate tie-ups.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

  • Oversee end-to-end sales cycle including client presentations negotiations closures and documentation.

  • Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer preferences to develop actionable insights.

  • Collaborate with marketing and project teams to create effective promotional campaigns.

  • Achieve monthly quarterly and annual sales targets in alignment with business objectives.

  • Prepare detailed reports and forecasts for management review.

  • Proven track record of driving sales and achieving revenue targets in the real estate sector.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Excellent negotiation communication and presentation skills.

  • In-depth knowledge of real estate market dynamics pricing strategies and customer preferences.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelors Degree / MBA in Sales Marketing or Business Administration (preferred).

  • 10 15 years of proven experience in the real estate industry with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
