About the Role:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with extensive experience in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales developing business strategies managing high-value client relationships and leading a sales team to achieve organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets in residential/commercial real estate projects.
Manage and mentor a team of sales executives to maximize productivity and performance.
Generate new business opportunities through client networking channel partners brokers and corporate tie-ups.
Build and maintain strong client relationships ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Oversee end-to-end sales cycle including client presentations negotiations closures and documentation.
Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer preferences to develop actionable insights.
Collaborate with marketing and project teams to create effective promotional campaigns.
Achieve monthly quarterly and annual sales targets in alignment with business objectives.
Prepare detailed reports and forecasts for management review.
Proven track record of driving sales and achieving revenue targets in the real estate sector.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent negotiation communication and presentation skills.
In-depth knowledge of real estate market dynamics pricing strategies and customer preferences.
Ability to build and sustain long-term client relationships.
High level of professionalism integrity and result orientation.
Bachelors Degree / MBA in Sales Marketing or Business Administration (preferred).
10 15 years of proven experience in the real estate industry with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
