Requirements for candidate submissions (please conform to each requirement as these are required by our client) -
- Individuals need to be prescreened/tested to ensure the individual meets each specific job requirements. Please provide test results in each submission.
- Each vendor must submit to DXC your top 3 candidates per demand that meet the requirements. Please do not submit additional candidates until we have actioned your top 3 candidates.
- Candidates who have not been prescreened by you and tested on their technical skills will not be considered and rejected.
- All candidates will need to interview onsite with the client and work 3 days a week on client site. This is a requirement.
- Please ensure all field are filled in the xls when you submit your candidates. Otherwise your candidate is being loaded with incomplete data.
- Please only send candidates who meet all requirements.
Submitting instructions
- The email subject line must be: Candidate Submission - Demand # - Candidates Name Resume Without RE: FW: in the subject line.
- Please enter the required data for the submission on the excel template. Keep file naming Checklist For Candidate Submission for the automation to successfully happen.
- The data is specific (numeric alpha formatting etc). Do not include $ in the rate.
- The file must be saved with the.xlsx extension. You can add the name of the candidate at the end. I.e. : Checklist For Candidate Submission Gabriela
- The resume file MUST have the word Resume in it in order to be properly read and uploaded into our system.
If you have submitted a candidate via Field Glass please make sure you submitted via email as well. Following our template and format.
Rejections:
- We will reject any profiles that are missing the required information from our attached table.
- If the candidate fails the technical interview with DXC
- If the candidate has applied for a senior level position but is qualified for a mid-level position without the expertise it may be a reject
- Max out date on the work visa we must have that. We cannot hire any resources who will maxout in 1 year.
Candidate Interviews:
- All interviews will be video only. Candidates must have laptops with Teams installed.
- Candidates are required to be available for 1 hour for a technical interview
- We need to have the photo ID of the candidate to avoid fake interviewers etc. (lets control this as best as possible)
To keep in mind:
- The below template is required for each candidate please provide all information make sure you filled all the mandatory fields (*)
- NOTE ONSITE REQUIREMENTS: Selected candidates need to be onsite (in office) 40% of time at minimum. Relocation is required unless otherwise stated. Candidates need to be in requested location within two weeks of the start of position. They will be onsite 2 days a week for onsite roles. Will relocate after COVID will not be accepted for onsite roles.
- We are not accepting remote applications unless the position specifically states it.
- Candidate must be legal to work in the US. Preference is US Citizen. We prefer the candidate does not require immigration sponsorship. (ie. H1B transfer PERM or I-140 submission)
- Please double check the job descriptions for all requirements for the position. If the resume does not meet the candidate requirements we will reject. Onsite is a candidate requirement where indicated.
- Please do not include logos in resumes.

7 Years Experience:
1. HTML/CSS:
o Understanding of responsive design
o Experience with CSS preprocessors like SASS or LESS.
2. JavaScript/Typescript
o Experience with Typescript and modern JavaScript features (ES6).
3. Frontend Frameworks/Libraries:
o Angular 15 (client side and server-side rendering)
o Experience with micro frontend
o Web security
Develop new features in an iterative way that collectively form a larger application
Modify and enhance existing software to add or change features while constantly improving the codebase
Participate in the estimation of work to be done as part of an overall agile process
Coordinate application implementation and test functionality to ensure specifications are met
Participate in production support activities
