Job Summary

We are actively hiring for Cloud Infrastructure management (L2 L3 Desktop Support)

Location: Jersey City NJ (Onsite)

Responsibilities:

Advanced Troubleshooting: Investigate the root cause of complex problems that L1 support cannot resolve.

Hardware & Software Solutions: Perform in-depth fixes including hardware repairs or component replacement and manage complex software installations.

System Configuration: Handle more intricate system and network configurations.

- Manage and monitor cloud infrastructure for performance and availability.

- Troubleshoot incidents escalate critical issues to appropriate support teams.

- Perform system patching upgrades and routine maintenance activities.

- Implement automation for repetitive tasks using scripting and cloud tools.

- Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize system reliability and scalability.
