Description
The Project Manager (BFSI) Full-Time role at Impacto DigiPin Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (DIGIFIN) is a key position responsible for managing and delivering IT projects within the Banking Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI) sector. This role is designed for professionals with 3 years of project management experience who also possess strong technical expertise across front-end back-end mobile applications Java AML systems and other BFSI-related technologies.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end IT projects in the BFSI sector.
Define project scope schedules budgets and allocate resources effectively.
Act as a bridge between stakeholders and technical teams ensuring clarity and alignment.
Prepare project documentation risk assessments and regular status updates.
Monitor progress identify risks and drive corrective actions to meet deadlines.
Conduct project meetings to review deliverables and resolve challenges.
Ensure projects comply with BFSI regulatory security and quality standards.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT project management within the BFSI sector.
Strong technical expertise in front-end back-end mobile app development Java AML systems and BFSI-related technologies.
Proven success in delivering projects on time and within budget.
Solid understanding of BFSI industry compliance security and technology standards.
Excellent communication leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Skilled in project management methodologies and tools (Agile Scrum Waterfall etc.).
Project management certifications (PMP Agile etc.) are a plus.
Immediate joiner preferred.
