Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic HR Head to join our team in the automobile industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing payroll compliance HR operations recruitment and training activities. This role requires a strong understanding of HR processes and the ability to monitor and manage all HR-related functions within the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee payroll processes ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Ensure compliance with all HR laws and regulations
- Oversee all HR operations and functions
- Lead recruitment efforts to attract and retain top talent
- Develop and implement training programs to support employee growth and development
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven experience in HR management preferably in the automobile industry
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
