Role Overview
In this role youll cold-call doctors who already have the NFIS device but may not be utilizing it actively as well as generate new sales among gynaecologists and paediatricians. Youll focus on driving consumable cartridge usage educating practitioners and building lasting customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Coldcall and engage doctors and clinics with installed NFIS devices who have low or no utilization.
- Prospect new leads especially among gynaecologists and paediatricians in metro and TierI/II/III regions.
- Educate healthcare professionals on the benefits of NFIS: virtually painless delivery safety (no needlestick injuries) enhanced compliance faster procedures and costeffectiveness.
- Promote and sell consumable cartridges adapters and usage protocols to drive recurring revenue.
- Schedule demonstrations or virtual trainings coordinate trial usage and track adoption progress.
- Retain and nurture clients by proactively checking device usage addressing concerns and recommending optimal consumption plans.
- Collect clinical feedback and share with product and marketing teams to improve adoption and messaging.
- Maintain accurate CRM records generate sales reports and meet monthly KPIs (calls conversions cartridge sales retention rate).
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelors degree in life sciences biotech business marketing or related fields preferred.
- Strong telesales aptitude with excellent phone communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to explain technical product benefits clearly and build credibility with doctors.
- Selfdriven goaloriented and comfortable working in a semistructured highgrowth startup environment.
- Good organizational and interpersonal skills with basic CRM familiarity.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Number of cold calls doctor contacts and new qualified leads generated per week.
- Conversion rate: dormant-device doctors reactivated vs. contacted.
- New device setups among target specialties (gynaecology paediatrics).
- Consumable cartridge sales volume per existing client.
- Retention rate of doctors using the device monthonmonth.
- Quality of user feedback and insights captured.
