Job Summary

Perform systems management functions including incident management fault isolation and resolution security management and systems and network integration. Participates in on-call support as required. Provides technical leadership regarding systems configuration management troubleshooting and systems management methodologies and practices. (50%)
Perform system installations refreshes and upgrades (i.e. database operating system and application). (15%)
Deploy applications based on the guides and recommend/improve the deployment process by automating the process (20%)
Trouble-shoot network or other related issues during the application deployment (10%)
Setup load balanced environment by understanding the application architecture (5%)
