Roles & Responsibilities:
To build a world class team and manage existing team of marketing managers content marketer graphic designer etc.
To brainstorm with the team on a regular basis to come out with innovative ideas/experiments to create buzz or increase organic traffic
To own and get the marketing manager to execute online paid ad campaigns on various publishers/partners like FB LinkedIn GDN etc.
To push and coordinate with the PR agency to increase reach and ensure accurate brand positioning and brand image
To present and brainstorm a bi-weekly marketing plan with the marketing co-founder
To own and increase referral traffic
To strategise with the content marketer to have a agressive content marketing strategy across social media own blog guest blog Slideshare Quora etc.
To strategize and execute any offline campaigns that make sense

Started in Feb 2014 Delhi-based TalentPad is an online marketplace for high quality talent operating in the large online recruitment market in India. Started by three IIT alumni its a second generation platform which plans to flip the current recruitment process on its head. It gives more power to the job-seekers and lets employers make the first move in search for high quality talent.
