In-Room Dining Team Leader

Position Summary:

• Join our Ladies and Gentlemen and lead the In Room Dining Service team and deliver room service to guestsin keeping with the standards of the operating procedure guidelines
• Ensure the team adequately stock and clean the back of house area at all times
• Assist with stocking mini bar items in guest rooms
• Assist with serving food alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests
• Understand guest requirements and deliver service excellence with each customer experience
• Oversee that the In Room Dining team complete general operational tasks
• Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests exhibiting our legendary service and enabling future bookings
• Be an empowering leader byproviding motivation and support to your departments Ladies and Gentlemen
• Plan and execute team building activities for our associates as they are our most important assets

About You:

• An up to date RSA
• Relevant experience in a similar team lead role
• Working rights in Australia
• Enthusiastic to escalate your career
