About the role:

Trade Team Leaders demonstrate emerging or developed leadership this role you will draw on your mechanical & auto parts knowledge providing front-line technical support product advice & assistance to Repco customers in relation to technical & sales enquiries.

Other requirements:

• Have a safety mindset & always strive to provide the safest work environment
• Lead a team of Drivers & Parts Interpreters with a focus on coaching & development
• Coordinate Driver delivery schedules
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Sound computer skills
• Be a team player working collaboratively to ensure the success of the store
• Availability to work alternating weekends
• Hold a valid drivers licence (manual preferred) to assist with deliveries from time-to-time

Note this role will require lifting bending climbing & safe driving.
