The Role

As a Technical Recruiter you will play a vital role in connecting companies and job seekers engaging in a variety of tasks. You will need to assess market trends and accurately understand the needs of both parties ensuring optimal matching.
This position requires a high degree of autonomy and you will be expected to work strategically towards weekly monthly and quarterly goals.

Job Details:
You will be responsible for the full process including new business development interviews and skill assessments to identify candidates for IT positions at client companies. You will also be responsible for planning promoting and executing search strategies to recruit candidates while building and nurturing a talent pool of market-leading professionals.
Broad contact with candidates (phone email and face-to-face interactions).
Using various methods including networking job boards referrals advertisements and headhunting to search for high-class talent.
Building and maintaining professional relationships with candidates.
In a fast-paced business environment you will be responsible for quickly and accurately placing talented IT professionals into high-level technical positions across multiple client companies.
Requirements:
Practical experience in an environment aimed at achieving goals.
Experience in recruiting or sales (at least 2 years).
Interest in technology and innovation.
Excellent communication skills (in Japanese) and strong organizational and coordination abilities.
Proactive able to work well in a team self-motivated and eager to learn.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in sales related to IT software in Japan.
Advanced proficiency in English.
Strong sales experience.
