Job Description
RealtyCompass is looking for highly motivated individual as part of its core product team. The person should be able to take initiative and work in anunstructured startup environment. The most flexible product team where you can work with your own choice of tools and technology
Role - Technical Lead
Profile - Strong Programming and problem solving skills
Experience - 3-6 years of work experience (Start up experience is valued a lot)
Location - Bangalore
Required Skills
- Should have in-depth familiarity with (Languages: PHP/JAVA/C/C/jQuery) language(s)
- Strong foundation in algorithms and problem solving skills
- Comfortable in a startup environment with tight deadlines
- Positive result-oriented and energetic attitude and a team player
- Strong jQuery/Javascript skills
- Database Management and MySQL knowledge
- Prior Experience in managing a small team will be a plus however not a huge plus. You should be able to hold accountability for delivering on deadlines at
- startup speed!
- You should be a go-getter who can work any assistance from others
Nice to have:
- Command over UNIX/Linux environments
- Amazon Cloud (EC2 S3 RDS)
- Version Control Git SVN etc.
Compensation:
