Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  • To be responsible for weekly targets for sourcingcandidates
  • To prepare the sourcing strategy to achieve the above targets which includes:
  • Sourcing Mix (Job posts Job boards DB Referrals Network/Past DB Cold Email Social Connect etc.)
  • Sourcing funnel estimation (leads qualified leads participants)
  • To build a kickass team of team leads for various roles
  • To manage motivate track evaluate each team lead
  • To develop deep and hands on knowledge of various sourcing channels
  • To create a process for the sourcing team
  • To have a framework to evolve the process

Parameters/Skills:

  • Deep experience in sourcing (across channels)
  • Managerial skills (people developer good communication)
  • Ownership taker (responsible high work ethics)
  • Process Oriented (analytical attention to detail)
  • Mental Agility (learn fast adjust in different roles)
  • Right attitude/Cultural fit

Ideal Profile:

  • Tier-1 HR Agency/Consultants 7-10 yrs Excellent Record (of managerial/sourcing)

Started in Feb 2014 Delhi-based TalentPad is an online marketplace for high quality talent operating in the large online recruitment market in India. Started by three IIT alumni its a second generation platform which plans to flip the current recruitment process on its head. It gives more power to the job-seekers and lets employers make the first move in search for high quality talent.
