Requirements
Education
Bachelors degree in any discipline (preferred fields: Arts Commerce Education or Social Work).
Additional certification or diploma in Marketing Community Development or Skill Development Management will be an advantage.
Experience
34 years of experience in field sourcing mobilization or community outreach preferably within the Education Training or Skill Development sector.
Prior experience working in paid programs (fee-based training admissions or employability programs) is mandatory.
Experience in handling target-based mobilization and student/community engagement activities.

Strong local network and familiarity with the North East (NE) region.
Ability to identify engage and mobilize potential candidates for education or skilling programs.
Good understanding of local demographics youth groups and community influencers.

Excellent verbal communication in English and local/regional languages.
