POSITION SUMMARY
An Associate in this role responds to customer queries and provides resolution and supports and assists the customers pertaining to various products and services provided by the client through web chat thus delivering excellent customer service.
MINIMUM ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Age: 19 to 55 years of age
Education / Qualifications: Graduate / Fresher OR Undergraduate with at least 6 months of work experience
Travel boundary limits: Candidate should be residing within the local transport limits
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responds to queries from customer through chat to answer queries / inquiries provide information and handle complaints regarding the organizations products or services.
- Understands customer query and responds to it ensuring that all queries / concerns are answered via web chat.
- Update account information and performs general maintenance upon customers request.
- Understands customers latent needs and maximizes opportunities to promote relevant products and services.
- Guides the customer to relevant web pages in the client website that offer the information they seek if appropriate.
- Exhibits promptness and politeness using the appropriate language while answering customer queries.
- Target Oriented - Works efficiently towards achieving the SLA based on the process requirement and meets the specified quality standards.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with appropriate priority while performing customer service.
- Maintains data confidentiality and adheres to information security and compliance norms laid out.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Good written English ability.
- Precise thorough process oriented and with an eye for detail.
- Able to comprehend customer query and provide the relevant resolution.
- Typing Skills: 20 wpm with 90 % accuracy.
