Responsibilities:
Contributes to a creative and contemporary dessert including special menus following trends and demands in the restaurant and events
A dietary requirements wizard
Contributes to a safe happy and productive work environment
Contribute to the control of costs
Maintain hygiene and safety standards in the pastry kitchen
About You:
Have a minimum of 6 months of full Australian Working rights (sponsorship is not offered)
Physically based in the Perth Metropolitan Area or willing to relocate (no relocation allowance is offered)
Great flexibility with a minimum of 3 days availability
Minimum 2 years of pastry experience in a similar role (hotel background preferable)
