Clinical Support Specialist HealthSource Chiropractic
- Assist Rehab Specialist in instructing patients on rehabilitation and corrective exercises
- Apply therapies including spinal decompression and laser therapy
- Support front desk operations: scheduling check-in/check-out answering phones
- Perform insurance verification and assist with patient account questions
- Manage patient flow through the office
- Screen/mold patients for custom orthotics
- Assist with social media and community outreach marketing as needed
- Maintain a clean professional and welcoming clinic environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Friendly professional and team-oriented
- Healthcare or customer service experience preferred (training provided)
- High School Diploma/GED or the equivalent required
- Competitive pay with quarterly bonus opportunities
