Job Description

COMPANY OVERVIEW

DeBra-Kuempel Inc. is a wholly owned subsidiary of EMCOR Group Inc. EMCOR is the worlds leading provider of mechanical and electrical construction and facilities services including planning consulting and operations and maintenance. DeBra-Kuempel combines the expertise of two of the tri-states oldest and most innovative companies providing full mechanical plumbing controls and electrical services to Cincinnati Dayton Columbus Evansville Lexington Louisville and the surrounding areas.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Include the following. Other duties will likely be assigned.

  • Requires availability during core business hours
  • 40 hour/week pay cap (unless OT pre-approved)
  • Experience with building automation/construction industry desired
  • Experience with AR/AP and cash flow management desired
  • Experience with accounting/invoicing systems highly desired
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal written and electronic)
  • Must be self-motivated goal & results oriented and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have high standards of quality with attention to detail
  • Must be efficient at scheduling and meeting commitments for multiple customers
  • Job duties will be primarily limited to the Greater Cincinnati area; however out of town travel may be required.

QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.     • Project booking and Invoicing
    • SOP for General Administrative Tasks
    • Job numbers Service projects
    • Weekly timesheets
    • Certified payroll/prevailing wage
    • Monthly job cost reports and meetings
    • AR/AP
    • Expense Reports
    • Holiday/vacation forms
    • Reports and documentation from multiple softwares
    • Warranty letters
    • O&Ms/submittals
    • Cross collaboration with other administrators and teams

PREFERRED EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 3-5 years related experience
  • Mechanical industry experience preferred
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Working knowledge of federal state and city regulations and guidelines
  • Notary Public highly desired

COMPUTER SKILLS

  • Must demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Outlook Word and Excel)
  • Familiarity with mechanical technical or construction programs preferred (i.e. Ariba Textura)
  • Familiarity with project management/document control software preferred (i.e. Procore PlanGrid)
