Key role combining office management and finance responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day running of the office ensuring smooth operations
Manage bookkeeping accounts and financial reporting
Supervise and support staff providing guidance and leadership
Liaise with senior management on budgets and resource planning
Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures
Minimum 3 years experience in a similar office/finance management role
Proven bookkeeping and financial administration skills
Strong staff management and leadership experience
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Ability to work proactively and manage multiple priorities
