We are delighted to announce an opportunity for a Senior HR Project Manager and are now inviting applications from suitably qualified and experienced candidates.
This role applies standard project management principles to plan execute and deliver HR-related projects from initiation through to completion. The Project Manager coordinates timelines resources and stakeholders to ensure project outcomes align with organisational objectives while maintaining clear communication and ensuring adherence to project scope budget and quality standards.
Candidate Criteria:
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Human Resources or related field.
3-5 years experience managing multiple concurrent projects ideally in HR organisational development or related business areas.
Recognised project management certification (e.g. PMP PRINCE2 Practitioner IPMA Level B/C or Professional Diploma in Health Project Management).
Proven experience applying Agile Waterfall or hybrid project management methodologies.
Proven experience in implementation continuous improvement and efficiency solutions for HCM systems

Risk and stakeholder management
Change management and process improvement
Data analysis reporting and documentation
Strong communication facilitation and presentation skills
Collaboration adaptability and relationship building
Time management accountability and attention to detail
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g. MS Teams Smartsheet Asana)
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Report to the Head of HR Technology
Partner with the Strategy and Transformation Director to define project scope goals deliverables and success criteria.
Develop and manage detailed project plans schedules and budgets to ensure on-time on-budget delivery.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across HR business leaders and external stakeholders.
Identify assess and mitigate project risks and issues escalating when necessary.
Maintain accurate project documentation including reports meeting notes and change requests.
Manage stakeholder communication providing regular updates on progress milestones and challenges.
Coordinate project resources (team members vendors and contractors) to meet objectives and ensure compliance.
Conduct post-project reviews and apply change management strategies to drive adoption and continuous improvement.
