Salary $64000 year
The Program Team Lead will provide leadership and support to staff in all areas related to gaining and/or retaining employment and career advancement while ensuring outstanding customer service to program participants.
Responsibilities
- Ensure there are professional one-on-one working relationships with participants to assist in eliminating challenges that are hindrances to obtaining and retaining employment
- Provide guidance and support for staff to ensure positive outcomes and goals are met
- Perform bi-weekly caseload reconciliations for staff
- Create solutions to participant attendance problems
- Facilitate weekly meetings with the staff to ensure that best practices are being used and discuss improvements/goals
- Ensure consistent and comprehensive case management and follow-up verifying that post-placement contacts are made as required by the contract
- Work with the leadership team on implementing processes that increase customer engagement
- Coordinate participant retention services and accommodate participant work schedules
- Provide detailed employee training for new hires
- Monitor staff performance and participate in staff reviews on a quarterly basis
- Assist in the preparation of project reports as needed
- Complete monthly Docushare uploads to ensure performance goals are being met
- Based on customer demand may provide case management and follow-up
- Other opportunities as available
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and 35 years of relevant leadership experience
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong organizational skills
- Career Counseling/Customer Service experience
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Demonstrated telephone computer and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain flexibility as needs of contract or contractor require
- A working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the worksite and other required locations
- A valid drivers license & clean driving record is required
