Job Summary
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Pega Lead System Analyst (LSA) to lead the design development and implementation of BPM (Business Process Management) and workflow solutions using Pega Platform. The ideal candidate will serve as the technical leader in defining architecture driving best practices and delivering scalable Pega applications aligned with enterprise standards.
Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end design and implementation of Pega-based solutions.

Translate business requirements into detailed technical design and architecture.

Oversee development configuration and integration within the Pega platform.

Collaborate with business analysts product owners and stakeholders to refine business processes.

Perform code reviews and ensure compliance with Pega guardrails and best practices.

Optimize system performance scalability and maintainability.

Provide mentorship to Pega System Architects (SSAs/CSAs) and junior developers.

Work closely with QA DevOps and infrastructure teams for CI/CD and release management.

Conduct impact analysis and identify risks during system upgrades or enhancements.

Stay updated with the latest Pega features and frameworks (e.g. Pega Infinity DX APIs).
Required Skills and Qualifications

Pega Certified Lead System Architect (LSA) certification is mandatory.

8 years of experience in software development with 5 years working on Pega PRPC (v8.x or higher).

Strong knowledge of Pega design patterns case management data model design and integration frameworks (SOAP REST MQ etc.).

Experience in Pega Customer Service (PCS) or Pega Marketing modules is a plus.

Expertise in Pega deployment architecture and performance tuning.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Excellent problem-solving communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Java SQL or UI frameworks (React/Angular) is a plus.

Exposure to AWS Azure or GCP cloud environments.

Prior experience working in large-scale enterprise or banking/insurance domains.
