Description of the role:
We are seeking an Experienced Sales Consultant to join our team at Serra CDJR Lake Orion. As a Sales Consultant you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service and assisting customers in finding the perfect vehicle to meet their needs.
Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Guide customers through the sales process from start to finish
- Demonstrate vehicle features and conduct test drives
- Negotiate pricing and finalize sales transactions
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
Requirements:
- Previous experience in automotive sales
