What Youll Do (In-Person)
- Welcome every customer with genuine enthusiasm and professionalism both in person and online.
- Listen carefully ask the right questions and guide customers to the perfect vehicle for their needs lifestyle and budget.
- Present and demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles highlighting key features and value.
- Manage the sales process from test drive to trade-in to final delivery ensuring a smooth enjoyable experience at every step.
- Follow up with customers and maintain long-term relationships for repeat and referral business.
- Collaborate with our finance service and marketing teams to create an exceptional dealership experience.
- Stay knowledgeable about inventory industry trends and dealership promotions.
Our Commitment & What Were Looking For
- Previous automotive or retail sales experience is preferred but a great attitude strong people skills and a commitment to excellence are equally essential.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- A driven results-oriented self-starter who thrives on goals teamwork and personal achievement.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems and digital communication tools.
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record required.
- This is an in-person position based at our Fairfax City dealership. Youll work face-to-face with customers and our energetic team every day creating a dynamic engaging environment.
