Position Overview/Primary Purpose
Manage sales to achieve sales target develop sales channel and expand market coverage in the QSR & Food service/HoReCa channel.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for making and implementing sales plan for to ensure market coverage and sales target completion.
Become well acquainted with existing clients demand to develop potential customers and track key accounts to surpass sales target and enlarge market coverage.
Set up and maintain a strong customer relationship with key accounts based on company business development through in-person visit and monitoring subordinates regular visits to resolve customer complaint and to enhance customers satisfaction.
Collect classify and analyze information including product quotation market movement and key competitors sales and market strategy.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors degree in business administration. 8-12 years of working experience in sales and team management. Over 6 years of working experience in channel exploration customer development and maintenance in Food Service.
