Coordinator People and Culture fixed term

Office: Wellington


The opportunity

Are you someone who thrives on organisation loves juggling a variety of tasks and enjoys being at the heart of a busy dynamic team Were seeking a Coordinator People and Culture to join our Wellington office on a 12month fixed term and fulltime contract.


This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting a wide range of people and culture initiatives that keep our firm humming. From coordinating onboarding and professional development to managing wellbeing and recruitment activities youll be the go-to person who makes things happen. Organising events maintaining HR records and providing vital administrative support will be central to your role ensuring smooth and efficient delivery across the national team. Your excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships will help you connect with your colleagues across the firm and keep our people and culture projects on track.


What youll bring:

  • A flair for event coordination and spotting opportunities to improve processes
  • Genuine interest in people and culture recruitment and wellbeing
  • Absolute integrity discretion and professionalism
  • Experience with HR systems and Microsoft Office suite.
