Logistics Sales Supervisor
Location: Cairo

Main job responsibilities:
Responsible for generating new business leads and securing new clients.
Arranging and conducting one to one sales visits to new clients & regularly visiting existing customers.
Organize and oversee the schedules territories and performance of sales executives.
Come up with new market scanning tactics and ensure new team members are on top of their districts.
Make sales presentation to new prospects.
Plan and organize sales outline for subordinates.
Provide periodic sales report activity to manager.
Maintain records on CRM system.
Resolve customer complaints staffing problems and other issues that may interfere with efficient
sales operations.
Comply to ISO 9001-2015 rules and guidelines.
Competencies / Skills:
Prior experience in sales and/or customer service.
Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
Understanding of sales performance metrics.
Positive attitude excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Collaboration and strong customer focus.
Displays sound business judgement and personal drive for results.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Logistics Marketing Business administration / Commerce or any related fields.
At least 5-7 years of experience in sales function.
Proficiency in both written and oral English and Arabic.
Proficient in computer skills especially concerning CRM software and tools.
