Job Summary

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Director located in Giza. The Sales Director will oversee and manage the sales team develop and implement effective sales strategies and foster strong relationships with clients to drive revenue growth. Additional responsibilities include identifying new market opportunities conducting sales training meeting sales targets and collaborating with management to align goals and strategies. The Sales Director will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer satisfaction and positioning the company as a leader in luxury Nile cruises.


Qualifications :

  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders
  • Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue and achieve business goals
  • Ability to deliver engaging and impactful Training sessions for the sales team
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and optimize sales processes
  • Experience in the travel hospitality or luxury services industry is a strong advantage
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field
  • Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a dynamic team
  • Must have Cruisers Experience

Additional Information :

Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
Fluency in English
