This is a full-time on-site Sales Manager role based in Giza. The Sales Manager will be responsible for designing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets identifying and nurturing new business opportunities and maintaining positive relationships with clients. Daily responsibilities include managing and mentoring the sales team analyzing sales performance and preparing regular reports. The ideal candidate will also liaise with other departments to align sales efforts with overall company objectives and represent the brand at industry events and trade shows.
Qualifications :
- Proven expertise in sales management client acquisition and customer relationship building
- Strategic planning analysis of sales metrics and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication negotiation and leadership abilities
- Experience in the travel tourism or hospitality industry is advantageous
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and cross-functional departments
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Tourism or related field
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Must have Cruisers Experience
