Position Overview
We are looking for a Data Entry Representative to join our remote team. This role focuses on entering and maintaining accurate data related to customer orders rentals and event logistics. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented reliable and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Enter and update customer rental orders in the system
Verify order details pricing and product availability
Maintain accurate records and databases
Assist with customer inquiries via email chat or phone as needed
Support billing adjustments and order changes
Ensure deadlines are met while maintaining data accuracy
Qualifications
Prior experience in data entry order processing or administrative support preferred
Excellent typing speed and accuracy
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and work remotely with minimal supervision
Work Schedule
Weekdays and weekends depending on event needs
Must be available during peak event seasons (spring summer holidays)
Some light lifting/moving of items may be required
