Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelors degree required
- 1 year experience coordinating projects in the design and/or construction industries required
Preferred:
- Project experience in healthcare preferred
- Bachelors degree in design architecture construction or project management preferred
Responsibilities:
- Leads requested work through project management process (pre-design funding design procurement construction occupancy and close out) steps
- Develops budget utilizing departmental tools to assist customer in identifying and obtaining funding
- Coordinates internal and external resources to assist in planning designing and documenting design in accordance with customer needs facility standards and regulatory requirements
Coordinates building utility outages with appropriate personnel (internal and external) and affected departments as required to meet demands - Leads collaborative resource team to prepare area for customer occupancy
- Oversees and manages facility disruption in accordance with Interim Life Safety Measures Infection Control and other regulatory requirements
- Manages internal and external relationships through effective communication
- Assembles appropriate internal and external resources to best address situations and challenges at hand
