Responsibilities
Job Summary:
Performs timely referral and intake coordination; including timely acceptance patient registration compiling and customer service.
This position is located at 3400 Data Drive Rancho Cordova CA 95670
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Two (2) years experience processing patient referrals containing demographic and clinical information
- Medical terminology and Excellent Customer Service experience.
- Demonstrated ability to apply analytical and problem solving skills and manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
- Ability to work independently asneeded with a high degree of detail orientation.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
Preferred:
- Experience in a home health or hospice setting preferred
