Role Overview:
We are hiring a self-driven senior sales leader to independently lead and grow the industrial building product vertical. This role is ideal for someone with strong B2B infrastructure sales experience who is seeking ownership autonomy and scale.
Key Responsibilities:-- Responsible for independently delivering aggressive revenue growth targets with clear accountability on closures and pipeline health.
- Develop and manage sales pipeline contractors EPCs architects consultants
- Drive product approvals with key consultants across regions
- Lead complete sales process: lead generation proposal closure payment receivable.
- Build and manage a sales team (23 executives) within 912 months
- Organize and lead exhibitions roadshows and consultant meets
- Set up and maintain CRM system for sales tracking and forecasting
- Provide market intelligence and feedback for new product development (doors windows enclosures)
- Collaborate with plant and operations team for delivery schedules and costing strategy
- Report directly to leadership with monthly progress and forecasts
