About the role:
The incumbent is accountable for an efficient and effective employee experience in order to guarantee a smooth hiring and onboarding process as well as to collect all data and information to support the HR processes related to the employee lifecycle (compensation promotion role change).
In particular he/shewill be responsible for the following activities:
- Prepare or maintain employment records related to employee lifecycle in order to perform hiring onboarding terminations movements and contract extensions and changes;
- Act as the primary escalation point for HR queries from employees managers and HR colleagues
- Understand and explain human resources policies procedures laws standards or regulations to employees and HR colleagues to ensure their consistent application;
- Be the point of contact for the HR colleagues managers and employees for all aspects of administrative personnel management;
- Implement regulatory update and key labor law changes related to personnel management and administration;
- Conduct audits and maintain internal controls to ensure regulatory and policy compliance.
- Collect and analyze human workforce data (HC planning labor cost ) and prepare reports to support key HR processes (i.e. salary review);
- Manage Global Mobility and Visa and Immigration Processes:
- Initiate visa applications for international employees like OSTAs (Overseas Science and Technology Advisors);
- Coordinate Permanent Residency (PR) applications for currently employed for international employees;
- Lead and coordinate the onboarding and employee life cycle for Expat Employees which are in international assignment working closely with the Global Mobility team
- Be the point of contact and manage the relationship with external vendor that supports our immigration and global mobility process
- Implement internal controls and conduct audits to ensure regulatory compliance;
- Responsible to maintain manage and ensure data accuracy consistency and integrity across HR systems (Oracle HRIS) working closely with HR Operations team to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Lead coach and develop a team of four ensuring service delivery excellence and ongoing capability uplift.
- Drive efficiency in HR operational processes and foster a culture of customer-centric service delivery.
- Support HROps Manager on Process improvements (including HeyHR design refinements launch);
Skills and experience:
- University degree required
- A previous experience in a similar role in a multinational company
- Ability to work with precision attention to details and respect to deadlines
- Excellent work organization and interpersonal skills
- Excellent knowledge of Ms Office (Word Excel PowerPoint)
