Outreach Engineer
Responsible for the sales cycle to include generating leads creating interest informing and closing. Acts as the direct point of contact to potential customers to move them through the sales cycle efficiently and satisfactorily by offering Ukeru services and equipment as the solution.
Essential Job Functions
- Present promote and sell Ukeru equipment/services through inspiration and relationship building to prospective customers
- Establish develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling email and in-person opportunities to include conferences
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within timeline
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Adjusts sales tactics based on results and new insights in the field
- Maintain documentation of all customer contacts in Salesforce
- Conduct informational telephone calls and video call presentations to interested potential customers
Minimum Qualifications
- Requires a high school diploma or GED; bachelors degree preferred
- Experience in sales and/or marketing
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Above average communication skills and the ability to create relationships and work as a part of a high functioning team.
- High skill level related to crafting written communication that is inspiring creative and grammatically correct.
- Persuasion negotiation and closing skills.
COMPENSATION
- $25.76-$34.66 based on experience
