Job Summary
Ciplex is a West Hollywood based mid-sized Web Design /Development & Marketing Agency focused on providing real solutions tobusinesses looking for a return on their investment. An Inc. 500 Company and the 10th fastestgrowing private company in Los Angeles Ciplex provides a fast pacedresults-driven work environment that is both fun and rewarding for their 40employee staff.
Ciplex is currently looking for a strong creative and motivatedfull-time in-house web / interactive designer to join our group to help usscale to meet the demands of our rapid growth. This position will work with a wide variety ofclients ranging from Fortune 500 corporations to the local mom and pop storewhile offering competitive pay reasonably flexible scheduling and a greathealth benefits plan.
Requirements for Success:
Must have a minimum of 4 years experience in web design.
Must demonstrate a proven ability to multi-task workefficiently and manage time appropriately.
Must be able to properly pre-plan design sprints to best makeuse of allocated time.
Must demonstrate a strong experience with Information Architecture.
Knowledge of UX is a big plus.
The desired candidate will also have some practical experiencewith Print / Brand & Identity.
Typography experience is a big plus as good type is thefoundation to great web interfaces.
Ability to demonstrate great communication skills both with theteam and with clients.
Ability to work independently to complete a project frombeginning to end.
