Location: Albany NY (Hybrid) (Local to NY)

Duration: 6-12 Months

MOI: Video

Key Responsibilities:

Managing a team of junior designers.
Consulting with stakeholders to understand business goals.
Planning and conducting user research as well as explaining user research results to internal and external stakeholders.
Developing user models and scenarios.
Creating wireframes storyboards sitemaps and screen flows.
Creating and iterating on prototypes.
Conducting usability testing and analyzing user feedback and activity and iterating to improve the user experience.
Assisting with content development.
Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.
Other duties as assigned.

Mandatory Qualification:
(PASS/FAIL)

Level III- More than seven (12) years of experience working on complex projects with 2 or more years in a leadership role as a Specialist

Four (8) or more years of experience in UI/UX experience design on full life cycle of design deliverables (wireframes mockups journey maps prototypes story boards user surveys).

Four (7) or more years of experience with Adobe Creative Suite or Figma.

Additional Qualifications:

Experience with User research user modeling and usability testing.

Experience with CSS3 HTML5 and JavaScript.

Three (3) or more years of experience in supervising employees.

Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in human-computer interaction or design related field.
