Job Summary:
Provide Administrative support services to Lines of Service located in building. Carry out administrative and operational tasks including ordering of supplies for building. Responsible for incoming and outgoing mail as well as appointment scheduling.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High School Diploma is required.
- Prior administrative experience preferred.
- Skill in the areas of typing computer operation office management and basic bookkeeping are required.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency with standard office software (Microsoft Office Suite Google workspace).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
